1. A simple 5-step process

Step 2: Submit an Inquiry
Contact us through the inquiry form, Facebook Messenger, email, or the mobile number provided (send a text before calling).

Step 3: Schedule a Viewing
Arrange an on-site or virtual viewing, subject to unit availability and building policies.

Step 4: Submit Requirements and Reservation Fee
Interested applicants may be asked to submit preliminary requirements and pay the reservation fee to secure the unit.

Step 5: Sign the Lease Agreement and Move In

Complete the lease documents, settle the required payments, and coordinate your move-in schedule.

2. Basic Rental Requirements

For Students

  • Valid School ID or Registration Form
  • Valid Government ID
  • Parent/Guardian Information (if applicable)

For Professionals

  • Valid Government ID
  • Proof of Employment or Source of Income

For Foreign Nationals

  • Passport
  • Valid Visa or Immigration Documents

Additional documents may be requested depending on the building, unit owner, or applicant profile.

3. Viewing Information

Unit Viewing Guidelines

  • Viewing is by appointment only.
  • Advance notice is appreciated.
