Rental Process / Timeline

1. Request for Viewing

As the house is currently occupied, viewings are by appointment only. After receiving your viewing request, we will coordinate with the current tenant to confirm an available viewing schedule.

Once a viewing schedule is confirmed, we will send you the date and time of the appointment.

Please note: We kindly ask prospective tenants to respect the current tenant's privacy by following the confirmed viewing schedule.

2. Reservation

If you are interested in renting the home, you may request to reserve it after the viewing. Reservations are not on a first-come, first-served basis. We will review and profile interested applicants based on the rental requirements before confirming a reservation.

Applicants may submit the requirements listed in #3 for profiling before making a reservation. If you are approved to proceed with the reservation, we will provide the Reservation Agreement Form, Lease Application Form, and payment details via email.

The ₱18,000 reservation fee may be paid via GCash or bank transfer.

Please review the Reservation Agreement before making payment. The reservation fee is non-refundable.

The reservation must be made at least one (1) month before the intended move-in date.

Upon lease signing, the reservation fee will be credited in full toward the one-month advance rent.

3. Submission of Requirements

All application documents should be submitted by the Principal Tenant via email, including the required IDs of other residents.

Valid IDs: Two (2) government-issued photo IDs of the Principal Tenant
Valid ID: One (1) government-issued photo ID of each other resident
Background Clearance: Any one (1) recent NBI Clearance, Police Clearance, or Barangay Clearance
Proof of Income: Certificate of Employment (COE) or latest three (3) months of payslips. For self-employed, freelance, or work-from-home applicants, other verifiable proof of regular income may be accepted.
Proof of Billing Address: Recent Meralco, water, or broadband bill matching the address on your valid ID
Lease Application Form: A 3-page information form provided via email, to be completed and signed

4. Contract Signing

The lease signing and completion of all move-in requirements must be completed at least two weeks before the target move-in date.

Security Deposit: Pay two (2) months' rent, payable by cash or bank transfer
Post-Dated Checks (PDCs): Submit PDCs for the succeeding monthly rental payments

5. Move-In & Orientation

Move-in orientation will be conducted by the Admin Staff to familiarize the tenant with the house, community guidelines, and important property procedures.
