Unit Viewing Policy

To ensure a safe, organized, and respectful experience for both tenants and unit owners, we follow a standard viewing policy for all rental units under our management. 

Viewing by Appointment Only

All unit viewings are conducted by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accommodated.

This allows us to:

• Properly coordinate access with owners and building administration

• Ensure the unit is available and ready for viewing

• Avoid overlapping schedules and unnecessary waiting time

Pre-Viewing Basic Information

Before confirming a viewing schedule, we may ask for basic details such as:

• Intended move-in date

• Length of stay

• Number of occupants

• Confirmation that basic rental requirements can be met (e.g., payment method (issuance of post-dated checks), minimum contract)

This helps ensure the unit is suitable for your needs.

ID Requirement for Viewing

For on-site / unit viewing, we require at least one valid government-issued ID from the viewer.

This is a standard safety and security measure, especially for occupied units or properties with controlled access.

Accepted IDs may include:

• Passport

• Driver's License

• UMID / National ID

• Other valid government-issued ID

The ID is for verification only. We do not collect unnecessary personal information.

Why IDs Are Required

Requiring IDs helps us:

• Maintain security within the building

• Protect the unit and the owner's property

• Ensure accountability during scheduled viewings

This policy applies equally to all viewers and is not meant to single out any individual.

Online / Video Viewing

For inquiries requesting video viewing or online confirmation, ID submission is not required at this stage.
Additional documents are only requested during reservation or application.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Please inform us in advance if you will be late or need to reschedule

• Repeated no-shows may result in declined future viewing requests

This helps us respect everyone's time.

Respect During Viewing

We kindly ask viewers to:

• Arrive on time

• Respect the unit and building rules

• Avoid bringing unregistered companions unless disclosed in advance

If you wish to proceed after viewing, details regarding reservation, requirements, and contract signing will be discussed separately.
