To schedule and confirm a viewing, we require pre-registration for security and coordination purposes.

What We Ask Before Viewing

• One valid government-issued ID (a photo of the ID is enough)
This is required for viewer registration and access coordination.

Why We Ask for an ID

• To protect the property and those inside it
• To ensure only confirmed viewers enter the premises
• To prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations

📌 Important: This is not a tenant background check. We only use the ID to coordinate viewing logistics. You may cover sensitive details such as the ID number — name and photo are sufficient.

After You Decide to Reserve

If, after viewing, you choose to reserve the unit, we will ask for standard rental requirements at that stage — e.g., proof of income, post-dated checks, and reservation payment — as part of the normal leasing process.
