1. Payment Details:

  • The rate is exclusive of monthly association dues, electricity, and water

  • The reservation fee is equivalent to one month of rent and applied as the first month's advance payment (reserve the unit at least a month before the contract date). The reservation fee is non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • Required to issue Post-Dated Checks
  • Needed to give two months' Security Deposit
  • The purpose of the security deposit is to shield the unit owners from unforeseen expenses brought on by unpaid bills, damages, or losses to the rented property while it is occupied. If all lease terms are followed, the security deposit will be returned at the end of the lease. The Lessor will take any deductions from the refund, such as those for damages beyond ordinary wear and tear, cleaning expenses, unpaid utilities, and lost or damaged furniture.

2. Requirements to Submit

  • A valid government-issued photo-bearing ID with address & signature (all residents & principal tenants)
  • Four (4) pcs 2 x 2 ID photos (all residents)
  • Proof of billing address (address should be the same as in the ID of the principal tenant); for example, Meralco, Water, and other utility bills. (Principal tenant only)
  • Alien Certificate of Registration (for Foreign Lessees)
  • Vaccine card booster (all residents)
  • Duly accomplish forms from the admin office

3. Documents to Accomplish

  • Duly signed Lease Application & Reservation Agreement
  • Duly signed Lease Agreement
  • Duly signed Security Deposit Move-Out Deductions
  • Duly signed Inventory list (applicable to Semi-furnish & Fully-Furnish units)
  • (All forms to be provided by us)

4. Occupants Limits & Visitor Restrictions

Guest requests are allowed once per contract only for stays of up to 24 hours, provided they are within the unit's maximum permitted occupants.
